Yes, you can.  However, you must do this via the Vimeo site where our videos are hosted. You will also need to register for a free user account with Vimeo in order to be able to download any of the videos in quicktime (MP4) format.

Go to http://www.vimeo.com/reasonforhope or click on the 'Vimeo' text on any of the video pages (or Channels). This will take you to the Reason For Hope section of the Vimeo site where all of our videos are hosted. Log in to the Vimeo site via the login link at the top of the page. If you do not have an account then register for a free account.

Find the specific video you want by either doing a site search for the video, or by selecting the appropriate channel and finding the video in the list. You will need to select the video heading to be taken to the page for that individual video.

Once you have selected the video you want to download you will find a download link at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

You can also embed or share an individual video via the Vimeo site but do not need to log in for this.
